Due to our business expansion we are looking for a Retention Manager to join our team.
YOUR ROLE:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the customer base. Analyze and fully segment the customer base in order to deliver effective marketing communications to all customer segments for his/her brand.
- Delivery of CRM campaigns: Create load and test HTML emails and follow up on campaign performance.
- Follow up with execution of monthly reports on CRM activity: Track response, traffic, click-throughs and other key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and offering advice and guidance on optimization
- Monitor customer activity on a daily basis; provide them with targeted offers with the goal to maximize their activity; Localize and optimize offering based on seasonality and GEO Locations.
- Manage and promote marketing projects while working with numerous operational interfaces such as the branding, product, and compliance teams.
- Managing promotions execution from A to Z operational set up, configuration, review marketing materials, quality assurance and deep understating of the campaign management systems and operations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Passionate about marketing, experience in marketing is an advantage
- Self-deduction skills and hunger for learning
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and perform under pressure
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Good command of all Microsoft software, especially Excel is an advantage
- Excellent command of English, both oral and written is must
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills is a big advantage
- An ability to communicate, work in a team and work on multiple tasks
